SECTION 7 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Once an order is shipped, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the recipient. Judith Cristina LLC is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Shipping claims must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date.


SECTION 8 – RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Replacements or refunds are issued only if:

  • The product is defective

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was received

Claims must include clear photo evidence and be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Size exchanges, preference changes, and buyer’s remorse are not eligible for returns.
