The Story: Light & Life Necklace

This distinctive cross carries the Greek words Phos Light and Zoe  Life, arranged together within the form of the Cross. The letters intertwine through its center, creating an ancient Christian symbol known as the Phos Zoe Cross a representation of Christ as both the Light that leads us and the Life that sustains us.

Its message echoes the words of Jesus:

“I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” John 8:12

Even the language of the verse carries the same connection: the Greek New Testament uses phōs for light and zōē for life.
